This week, our new entrance open. We’re still working on the check in flow, but we’ll have it down soon enough. Make sure to check out the newly finished “red” cardio room on the left side as you walk in – and, peak in at the new childwatch on the right!
And, thanks for continuing to pardon our dust as we now retro-fit the “old” entrance.

Now that there is no longer a track for runners do speed work at Guilford College is there any chance that Spears YMCA could think about putting in an outdoor track (soft surface preferably). The track at Guilford was the only one around here in the North that the general public and Spears members could use, and I’m sure I’m not the only person who misses it.
